How to send 1-Click WhatsApp Reminders?

Go to your Shoots or Ledger tab. Click the green WhatsApp icon next to any shoot.

Pro Tip: You can customize exactly what these messages say (and auto-fill variables like Amount Due, Client Name, and Bank Details) in the Account > WhatsApp settings.

What is Financial Privacy Mode?

If you are reviewing your schedule in public or on set, you don't want clients shoulder-surfing your revenue. Click the Eye Icon in the top app header to instantly blur all money amounts.

Set up a 4-to-6 digit PIN in Account > Security so only you can un-blur the screen.

How do I create Magic Booking Links?

Go to Account > Management. Under "Studio Companies", click the "Copy Link" button next to any partner studio.

Send this link to the studio! They will see a custom calendar that automatically hides the days you are already booked or have manually blocked, preventing double-bookings.

How do I share Client Ledger Links?

Go to Account > Management. Under "Studio Companies", click the Ledger button next to any partner studio.

Send this secure link to the studio! They will see a custom, branded web portal summarizing all their outstanding dues, settled invoices, and your bank/UPI details in real-time.

How do I block unavailable dates?

Go to the Calendar tab. Click on any date you want to take off (e.g., personal holiday). In the panel that opens below the calendar, click the Block Date button with the padlock icon. This prevents you (and external studios via Magic Links) from booking on that day.

How do I generate PDF reports?

To export your entire database history, go to Account > Data.

To generate a specific ledger to share with a partner company, go to the Ledger tab, select the company from the dropdown filter, and click "Share (Company)". It will generate a branded PDF summarizing all dues, settlements, and your UPI details.

How do the Analytics charts work?

On your Dashboard, scroll down to the Financial Trends chart. It automatically tracks your Revenue vs Run-Costs (Expenses).

You can change the Start and End date pickers at the top right of the chart to visualize any custom time range (e.g., Q1 vs Q2).
