Is my financial data secure?

Yes. Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Only you can view your authenticated database records. We also feature an in-app "Privacy PIN" to blur amounts if you are reviewing schedules in public.

Does Sakkhi process payments directly?

No. We do not take a cut of your earnings. Sakkhi is a ledger and communication tool. Your WhatsApp prompts will include your own direct UPI or Bank details so clients pay you directly with zero transaction fees.

Can I export my data if I decide to leave?

Absolutely. You own your data. You can export your entire database to a standard CSV spreadsheet or a formatted PDF document at any time from the Account Data settings.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, cancel anytime with no lock-in. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, with no partial refunds for unused time.

Does Sakkhi work well on mobile?

Yes, Sakkhi is built mobile-first so you can log shoots, check your ledger, and send reminders straight from your phone between sessions.

Is there a free trial before I pay?

New accounts start on a free trial period so you can try core features before choosing Monthly or Annual.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Sakkhi Shoot Management, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Use of Service
Our service is provided to help creative professionals manage their shoot schedules, financial ledgers, and client communications. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass security measures, or use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

3. Account & Data Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials and your in-app financial PIN. Sakkhi utilizes enterprise-grade security, but we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your local devices or accounts.

4. Data Ownership & Export
You retain 100% ownership of all data you input into the platform. We do not claim any rights to your client lists, financial records, or schedule. You may export your database to a standard CSV or PDF format at any time without restriction.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations
Premium features require a paid subscription, processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, there are no prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.

6. Service Availability & Updates
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features to improve the overall platform experience.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sakkhi, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Sakkhi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use of Sakkhi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect basic information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your name, email address, and authentication credentials via secure Google OAuth.

2. How We Use Your Data
Your data (shoot details, financial ledger, client notes) is stored securely on cloud servers solely to provide the management service to you. We do not—and will never—sell, rent, or lease your personal or financial data to third parties or advertisers.

3. Client Data Protection
We understand the importance of your clients' privacy. The names, phone numbers, and shoot details of your clients entered into Sakkhi are strictly treated as confidential data belonging to you. We do not access or use your client lists for any marketing purposes.

4. Data Security & Hosting
All database records are hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL), protected by strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies. This means the database physically blocks anyone (including other users) from querying data that doesn't belong to their specific authenticated User ID. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

5. Financial Privacy Feature
We offer a built-in privacy PIN feature to mask your ledger amounts locally on your device to protect against shoulder surfing while on set. This PIN is stored securely as a local preference.

6. Third-Party Services
We use secure, industry-standard third-party providers for infrastructure: Supabase (database hosting), Google (authentication), and Razorpay (subscription processing). We do not store your credit card or UPI details on our servers; payments are processed securely directly by Razorpay.

7. Total Data Deletion
You have the absolute right to be forgotten. If you utilize the "Danger Zone" in your Account Settings to erase your database, your records are permanently and irreversibly wiped from our active cloud storage immediately.

8. Local Storage & Preferences
Some preferences (like your Privacy PIN and theme choice) are stored locally on your device, not on our servers, so they stay private to that device.
